Purple sweet potato red pigment is a kind of anthocyanin pigment extracted and refined from purple sweet potato, which is red to purple powder or liquid. Soluble in water and ethanol, it has bright color, no odor, anti-mutagenicity. It is an ideal coloring agent for preparing wine, beverage, jelly, preserved fruit and other food. Appropriate use according to production needs,The scope and limit of use shall comply with the relevant requirements of the National Food Safety Standard for the Use of Food Additives (gb2760).
Seal, avoid light, 5~10℃ store.
Under unopened conditions, store liquid for 12 months and powder for 24 months.
